Convergence Columbus Focus Group

CONVERGENCE Columbus was launched in 2021 by the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, and the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at OSU to increase homeownership among Black and other diverse households in Franklin County. The goal of CONVERGENCE is to increase homeownership and the wealth-building opportunities that come with it.  

Products and Programs Workstream recently collaborated with local area lenders to develop a Product Matrix. This Matrix functions as a repository of key mortgage products which may help advance black homeownership opportunities in the communities that you serve. 

The workstream is planning to hold an in-person focus group and is hoping to solicit feedback from Realtist members on the Matrix.
