Committee & Leadership Officer Training Boot Camp

To have a strong organization, it is imperative to have strong leadership and working committees!  If you are currently a committee chair, committee member or wish to be on a committee or in leadership, please register to attend.

This in-person hands-on workshop is for MEMBERS only.  It will provide information on the leadership structure of the organization, understanding the CRA constitution, and a complete committee overview.  You will learn about the following:

• 1.       Committee Chair Responsibilities
• 2.       Committee duties
• 3.       Committee budgets within the organization’s Annual Budget
• 4.       Raising funds for committee events
• 5.       Budget preparation for events
• 6.       Procedures for event approval
• 7.       Voucher submissions for reimbursements
• 8.       Securing continuing education in the name of the organization for your event
• 9.       Marketing timelines
• 10.   Procedures for marketing you event
• 11.   Submitting Committee reports
